About the Accommodation

Welcome to my "most wonderful place in the world" - Tirolglueck - in the Kitzbühel mountains. "Tirolglueck" means "Tirol Happiness".

This fantastic appartement is perfect for four persons, six persons as well possible.

You are in the middle of the skiing area of Kitzbühel (KitzSki) , SkiWelt (from Going) and Fieberbrunn/Leogang/Saalbach. And of course: St. Johann itself.

The skiing area of St. Johann is only 1km away (e.g. with the skibus), all others are nearby.

Big and sunny garden + terrasse, very quiet but less than 300m away from the town center of St. Johann.

The appartement is furnished and decorated in a modern but cosy Tirolean style with feel-good factor:

- Garden and terrasse with a table for six, hammock and sun chairs to enjoy the beautiful view over the Kitzbühel mountains, BBQ (gas) and a pool for children (on request).

- Light-flooded living and dining room and kitchen (30 sqm, table for six)

- Kitchen includes a free standing island, induction stove (BORA) with integrated smoke extraction, fridge and freezer, dish washer, oven, microwave, kettle, automatic coffee machine and milk frother

- two bedrooms (approx. 11 sqm) with queen size beds, one room has an exit to the garden. You can see the Wilder Kaiser from both rooms.

- two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub/shower, both with WC)

Notes

Please be advised that tourist tax is not included in the accomodation price since tourist tax is charged per person instead for the whole appartement. Tourist tax amounts to EUR 2.20 per person per night. Children until the age of 15 are not charged. You will receive the St. Johann Card - your personalised guest card which offers you many benefits and discounts during your holiday in the region of St. Johann.

Arriving late on the day of your arrival? I can arrange a first fridge-filling for you - just contact me in advance.

Neighbourhood

Have a look on the map. You are very centrally located in St. Johann. You will find shops for your daily needs, but as well restaurants, bars and boutiques just around the corner.

There is a weekly market with local food and souvenirs every friday just on the very nearby market place.

You can use the regional public transport for free with your guest card. The train station is only a couple of minutes away by foot (see "Where you'll be" for details).

If one parking (underground parking in house) is not enough, you will find more parking spaces just in front of the building.

Transport

Getting there by car:

You will find an underground parking for free for one car (2.10 m height).

At the other side of the street there is a big public parking subject to a charge. It is free of charge during the evening, at night, on Sundays and on public holidays (I recommend the Easy Park App; further free parkings are at the outskirts of the town (Koasastadion, Friedhof Almdorf, Steinlechnerplatz)).

Getting there by train:

The train station is only 650 m away.

Travel time to the neares airports by train:

Munich Airport: 2 hours 30 minutes

Innsbruck Airport: 1 hour 45 minutes

Mobility in around St. Johann:

The use of public transport in the Kitzbühel mountains (Wörgl to Hochfilzen) is free of charge with your St. Johann Card

Ski area of St. Johann: 1.1 km (with the skibus)

Ski area of Kitzbühel: 13 km / 11 min by train

Ski area of Fieberbrunn/Leogang/Saalbach: 13 km / 7 min by train
